A decent go-to when you want some comfort food and to watch the game.

Hamilton bar in Brookline offers a decent amount of what you hope for in a sports bar: huge TVs, good beer and drink selection, and a decent menu. Some of the food is hit or miss, but on average the kitchen at Hamilton delivers comfort food that will satisfy while you watch the game with a beer.

Their Brussels sprouts are a must-have. Sweet, bacony and syrupy. The candied bacon is very sweet and plays well with the other flavors.

The quesadilla is everything you want a quesadilla to be; cheesy and not overly greasy.

The grilled chicken is unfortunately just ok. The mashed potatoes on the side are great, but the “secret house seasoning” on the chicken doesn’t make up for a dry piece of meat.

The Beyond Meat burger is also unfortunately disappointing. Not because it’s not real meat, but because it’s served dry with a sad looking single slice of cheddar.
