Delicious Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are a great appetizer full of great flavors, and they’re easy to make too!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp mustard (Grey Poupon or regular yellow mustard works)
  • Ground paprika for garnish
  • Sprinkle of garlic salt

Steps

  1. Cook the eggs:
    1. Place the eggs in a pot and pour cold water into the pot, covering them by at least an inch of water.
    2. Bring the pot to a boil.
    3. When the pot boils, cover it and turn off the heat.
    4. Let the pot sit for 12 minutes, and the eggs will cook.
    5. When 12 minutes are up, take the eggs out of the hot water and place them in a bowl of cold water. You can even add ice to the bowl. This stops the cooking process.
  2. When the eggs are done, remove their shells and place them on a cutting board. Cut them in half the long way. Scoop the cooked yolk out and place it in a mixing bowl.
  3. In the mixing bowl, add the mayo, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and garlic salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Once the mixture is done, spoon it back into the eggs so the eggs overflow a little.
  5. Sprinkle paprika on the eggs for a nice look and a slight kick.

Enjoy!
